ScaryTales Publisher is a publishing tool that lets an authorized user select short-form video reels and post them to their own social media profiles. The user controls which videos are posted, when, and at what privacy level.
To use the Service you must log in to the social media platform you wish to post to and authorize the Service to act on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and for all activity that occurs under them. You may revoke the Service's access at any time from the platform's authorization settings.
You retain ownership of the videos and captions you post through the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you publish, including ensuring that you have the rights to publish it and that it complies with applicable law and the platform's terms of service.
You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, harassing, or deceptive, or to spam, mislead, or otherwise use the Service in violation of any applicable law or the terms of any platform.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or content, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
